"Building a Culture of Peace in Our Families, Our Community and Our World" is the theme of a community conference sponsored by Evergreen Valley College Office of Diversity and the San Jose Sikh community. Featuring keynote speaker Dolores Huerta of the United Farm Workers and presenters Rev. Canon Charles Gibbs of United Religions Initiative, Mike Abkin of the Foundation for Global Community and Sharon Tennison of the Center for Citizens Initiative.
