SFPUC over charges 29 Bay Area Counties with little Accountability and less Transparency

Susan Leal the inept Manager of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) is seeking to raise the cost of cleaning drinking water and sewer rates the over 870,000 constituents that live in San Francisco pay for. This year the sewer rates went up 11% and in the next two years 30%. Susan Leal the arrogant woman that she is - surrounds herself by inept cronies sees nothing bad with this stupid decision of excessive rate hikes.. Yesterday, it was revealed to the public at large that SFPUC really does not have a sound policy when it comes to charging the constituents who drink Hetch Hetchy water - which SFPUC controls. The 29 Bayarea counties that get Hetch Hetchy waters have been over changed and now SFPUC has to reduce the rates of the 29 counties to mitigate the issue. In the mean time Susan Leal and her cronies have decided to shaft the constituents of San Francisco with a rate increase linked to both the sewer rates and clean drinking water. The $4.3 billion Capital Improvement Project controlled by SFPUC and headed by Susan Leal keeps changing - it is a moving target with constant change orders. At the SFPUC the woman hand picked by Mayor Gavin Newsom has chosen to surround herself with close friends who are inept and have no engineering experience. It is time to get rid of this woman who makes over $300,000 a year with perks - the City and County of San Francisco has a growing deficit of over $110 million and growing. Hetch Hetchy should be restored and the rights of the water given back to the Miwoks the rightful owners. Once all the land which in now Yosemite National Park was stolen and it is time that all the land and the resources be returned to the rightful owners - the Miwoks. San Franciscans should not permit SFPUC and Susan Leal to charge them excessive raters - especially since we all know that SFPUC cannot calculate well, is inept and corrupt and most of its operations are very dubious in nature.
