disabled senior has lying hospital bills, needs help

To all involved with the coercive torture and lies, including "bills", in relation to Rudy Jaeger on December 21, 2004:
"Final" bills are arriving. They threaten debt collectors and still say falsely that I (Rudy Jaeger, henceforth RJ) received "services" at Alta Bates Hospital. I was strapped painfully to a gurney while peacefully not
resisting in front of a crowd of horrified, shocked, and saddened observers.
Linda Ross of Berkeley Mental Health Mobile Unit ordered this torture and up to 72 hours of observation. She ordered me wheeled INTO Alta Bates and held there against my will. There are many witnesses.
A nurse in Alta Bates in Berkeley was asked, "Who pays for this?"
She said, "We write it off."
To continue this tortuous situation with "bills" constitutes EXTREME EMOTIONAL DURESS to me. A lawyer has been contacted.
I immediately wrote to Linda Ross and to 6 other involved parties when surprise
bills started arriving.
This process and the help needed has been published on indymedia. It is being sent to The East Bay Express, The Bay Guardian, and to "Democracy Now" national
TV and radio.
A personal letter has been sent to the male doctor who seemed to understand the situation. Possibly and apparently he needed special authorization from another hospital to release me. I was released after about three (3) hours with an "I am sorry. No one should be treated this way." unsolicited apology from the nurse mentioned above.
Please send a detailed reply addressing all of my concerns today.
If these lying and coercive "bills" can be most easily eliminated with Medicare and/or MediCal "insurance", please send ALL forms and details to me to do that today.
I am an indigent disabled 66 year old male in good health. I am expecting
concerned and detailed replys from all concerned parties as soon as possible.
Detailed and fully specific responses of help may be sent to:

I sat quietly in Alta Bates until I was released not more than 4 hours later.
One Alta Bates bill is for $1,440.00.
