March Vegetarian Cooking Class: Stick-to-Your-Ribs Meals

Our emotional connection to food is incredibly strong, as it often triggers some of our fondest memories. There is absolutely no reason to give this up when we eliminate meat and dairy from our diet. We can still have our (chocolately chocolate) cake and eat it, too!

Join Compassionate Cooks (http://www.compassionatecooks.com) in our March class as we re-visit the foods that, as my grandfather used to say, "put hair on your chest." Of course, as a 5-year-old girl, this didn't exactly appeal to me (and still doesn't), but you get the point! :) We'll also debunk myths regarding plant-based eating, eat lots of food samples, and have a lot of fun!

On the Menu for March's Class
Our March cooking class is yet another testament to the abundance of fabulously delicious, filling, and nutritious food you enjoy when you leave behind the meat and dairy. Bring a friend, and come hungry!
