No amount of rain or verbal abuse will discourage Valerie Belt. On
this wet Saturday night, like every Saturday night for the last two
months, she and a handful of activists are camped in front of Spago
Beverly Hills, waving signs and handing out leaflets, determined to
get some meaningful menu reform. "I have no intention of stopping
