The FBI and IT Consultants Need To Examine The Black Box Voting In Ohio and Florida

by Todd Anderson (toddx34 [at] yahoo.com)
A short article about vote hacking in Ohio, and
Florida.
Representative John Conyers has called for an
FBI investigation of allegations of software hacking
on voting machines in Ohio. The investigation must
also be expanded to include several suspicious
voting machine problems in Florida, that may indicate
an inside hack by Republican black box hackers.

There was some code written in Florida for Representative Tom Feeney, by programmer Clint Curtis. The codes was designed to make sure that Bush's vote totals increased in Florida, so that a repeat of the 2000 election would not
occur in Florida. Data from several of the exit polls
compiled by a Berkeley research group indicate that there were as many as 130,000 hacked votes in Florida.

There was another incident in Ohio where Michael
Barbian a technician for Triad Governmental systems applied a software patch that probably rigged a series of voting machines for Bush. An FBI, or independent investigation is needed to examine whether the code was rigged for Bush.

In Lucas County Ohio a suspicious pattern surfaced on several optical scanners that indicate
that the machines were hacked. According to
Richard Hayes Phillips: " It is my professional opinion that the election in Lucas County was
rigged, most likely by altering the vote totals in each ward by a percentage chosen for that ward,
plus or minus, based upon voting patterns in past elections. The optical scanners used in Lucas
County were not precinct-based. They were of the central count variety. The results could have
been altered without anybody at the precinct level knowing about it. If turnout had been equal in
Toledo and the suburbs, Kerry’s plurality in Lucas County would have been considerably larger.
There is an old adage that says elections are stolen at the precinct level. This election was rigged
at the ward and county levels."

An investigation of the vote hacking in Ohio, and
Florida needs to occur to prevent further hacking
in the future, and to restore integrity in the system. If software hacking is found in the voting machines in Ohio, and Florida then criminal charges need to filed.
