Over 100 people went to the ISF office's back patio in the Bayview Distrct today to hear about 25 speakers talk about the effects of police brutality, repression, and criminalization. Speakers ranged from mothers of people who had been killed by the police, to an immigrant mother (Samina Faheem) who was afraid to have her son come into the country because he would be criminalized for being a tall, "threatening" Muslim, and youth who had been treated like criminalized in school.
