BUSH BEGS JUDICIARY TO ELECTROCUTE HIMSELF

by saving_public_wry_un
Flubya's Spree Scheduled For Its Dues.

The President Who Effectively Ignored The Judiciary, Going On An Ilegal Killing Spree.

In the political and the international scene at precisely around the
time of April 2004 was culminating the great, world wide groan
that THE reason for ripping apart the nation of Iraq was specifically
cited as WMD. As was becoming apparent
none was being found, came the obvious conclusion to
all who can think: A certain gorilla with a gun (another metaphor
for the U.S.) could have all the latest intelligence in weapons
manufacture that would make him the god of this world, but that
he (the U.S) was not required to
apply the structures of god-like intelligence to
the creation of such mandates as to when or how to use them. For
Bush to have said they had WMD, then killed
thousands of Iraq people and
destroyed all governmental structures
in Iraq (nation on nation version) is precisely the
micro-scaled version of a cop walking up
to a bystander, planting marijuana
on him, or falsely accusing same of having
some on him when he doesn't, then
pulling the trigger 6 times to his head. (The person
on person version.) Precisely, please. Precisely. No more
"faulty intelligence" on this one.

Has the U.S. ever heard of evidence required before attaining
conviction, then punishment? Can the cop logically say, "Well,
my intelligence was faulty on her having marijuana"? No, he planted
it there! Same as Bush
saying, "Yeah, there's Iraq; they've
got WMD on them. LET'S...ACT...!"
To my eye, following the political and international events around
that time, FAR more than 1/2 of the people of this earth were
embracing, and on the net, and are yet, thinking Bush and Co. were
saying that the fact of evidence-required, a judicial and
constitutional 'protection' designed to protect all human
rights, actually part of the founding fathers' intents,
does not apply to his system or presidency, only to everyone else's.
Part of it is his ignoring this "beyond a reasonable doubt"
stuff for one thing?

The fact of Bush waiving the requirement for
himself to have irrefutable, concrete evidence of WMD in hand before
proceeding with lethal force, presumably
never requiring himself, therefore, to have evidence in any matter,
ala true, despotic acts of totalitarian regimes and minds, forced me
to speak out against same vehemently.

One might merely say, "Dude, where's our constitution"?
