Hi: According to the San Jose Merc. News, Michael Walker will be arraigned on Monday Aug. 2 at 1:30pm in Department 24, Hall of Justice 190 W. Hedding St., San Jose, CA. The Mercury News article also quotes the President of the Police Officer's Assoc. at describing the open grand jury as "unnecessary" and that the district attorney's office of grandstanding in the Cardenas case.
