The grand jury had indicted Michael Walker involving the shooting of Rudy Cardenas. We do not know if it is for Murder or for Manslaughter. He will most likely be arraigned on Monday at the Superior Court Building 190 W. Hedding ST., San Jose, CA 95110. When we have more details regarding the indictiment, we will post the information.
