The Grand Jury is now considering whether criminal charges should be filed against Michael Walker, the State Narcotics Agent, who shot and killed Rudy Cardenas. A very strong presentation was made by Deputy District Attorney Lane Liroff and it is my guess that either a charge of Murder or Voluntary Manslaughter is likely.
