CHP Costumes
 chpcostumes.jpg The CHP was much more evident at the Reclaim the Streets protests than it usually is at demonstrations that don't involve bicycles or bridges. Apparently these guys wanted to pay tribute to the hard-working California Highway Patrol. Either that or they were off-duty CHP officers- the Really, Really Free Market was a money-free event.
