Heavy police presence stiffled the breakaway march. At some points it seemed as though police presence outnumbered breakaway marchers. Although a low amount were arrested, it seemed as though folks were targeted and snatched from the crowd for no apperent reason. The photos at the end are from Justin Herman Plaza arrests. No info as to exactly why these folks were arrested.

I counted 14 police paddy wagons at any given time, always hidden about a block away from the marchers.
