To whom it may concern,

My name is Corina Cardenas and my father was
wrongfully killed by California State Narcotics Agent
Michael Walker. My father was shot in the back while
pleading for his life on February 17, 2004. My father
was unarmed with his back facing the officer. The
officer of course said that he was defending his
life. Witnesses were also told to lie and say my
father had a weapon. He had no weapon said one
witness "Dorothy Duckett". Dorothy also was upset
that officers said she was a crazy old lady and
refused to interview her. She had a clear view of
everything from her 5th story apartment window. Why
did they not want to hear her statement? What were
they trying to hide? My family has been lied to again
& again by officials. Who are we to trust? We are
only asking for truth and justice and that seems to be
impossible to get!! My family is asking that if you
