How do you "deal" with bad cops

Aces are nominated not so much for their policework as for their work as policy makers, administrators and political maneuverings. The next step down the deck for these types of people are the jacks, also known as "Wanna-Be Aces." There are no numbered suit cards that fit this type of officer. The numbered suits are reserved for violent cops (clubs), cops that target activists (spades), cops that mess with people for fun (hearts), and corrupt cops (diamonds).
