Rice is Ms. Chevron Oil, which named a ship after her, and is currently "national security adviser" also known as oil promoter to election fraud Republican Bush.

Foreknowledge of a crime and doing nothing about it is proof that the 9/11/01 hoax was an inside job, and there is of course, much more proof, the subjct of many websites and books.

When you think about it, who else could have been the "security" connection for the rich and reactionary African-American Willie Brown but this oil promoter, rich and reactionary African-American Condolezza Rice?
