hello.... as of 5:30pm San Francisco has issued about 1615 marriage licenses since Thursday. many people were turned away today and were told to return Monday morning when licenses will be issued on a first come first served basis from 10am to 4pm. many people are camping out at City Hall. if you live near the Opera, Polk/Tenderloin area, stop by to say hello or to share some food or brandy. once again, the scene at City Hall was something to be seen. they expect to have issued well over 2,000 marriage licenses by Tuesday. the hearing for the lawsuit challenging San Francisco will be Tuesday at 2pm. if anybody knows where, send us an email so we can pass the information along. thanks... |
