Saturday, January 17th, 2004, between 9 AM and 12 PM, at Hermosa Beach in the Los Angeles area, militant confront the unlawful police tactics of intimidating the picketers from talking to people crossing the picket line at Vons supermarker.
By law picketers a Vons have the right to talk to people crossing the picket line at Vons. The police has no right to tell picketers not to talk to scabs or costumers and follow them to their car.
