Since Tuesday the Indy site at Portland has been off line.

What is going on with the site at Portland? Are they Okay? Any info?

that sure answered my concerns, not. Portland is a great site and still is off line. I thought the IMC was a mutual support system of collectives. How will we ever deal with any problems if each Indymedia acts as if they are institutions isolated from each other to allow one to fall without so much as a peep from their sister/brother IMCs?

I don't have any trouble accessing Portland, sheepdog.

In fact, I just posted a response to a thread:

On the other hand, regardless of the service provider or computer I use, I haven't been able to access the democrats.com newsire for nearly a year - except through the google cache.

This came up when Portland came on line. It WAS out for days.
Sure... I'll blame it on the Chemtrails I've been seeing over my city
the last few days.

I heard that a bunch of imc's were moving off the server that they were on this week. I don't know if portland was one of them or not.
