Five months they have lapsed from the Colombian leader's detention and defender of human rights FRANCISCO CORTES., and the leaders rural cocaleros CLAUDIO RAMÍREZ C, AND CARMELO PEÑARANDA R.
Five months they have lapsed and detainees remain in the area of isolation of the prison of maximum security of Chonchocoro, contravening the Bolivian norms

It continues passing before us a case of political persecution that wants to be shown as juridical, without anything proven and with permanent irregularities, since the authorities are forced, to as of place, to sustain an assembly that looks for to destroy the social movements, converting in illegal the fair protest and it legitimates.
For these reasons us Bolivian citizens, of the world and defenders of the democracy, we have decided to break the silence, because this is alone a sample of the reaches of the abuse of the power, when the law of civic security had not even been promulgated this way (Bolivia) that seeks to legalize and to make massive the outrages of this type against the town that demands the execution of its rights.
In this sense, amid this persecution wave, the tribunal constitutional Bolivian recognized the freedom of the two youths, at the time that recognized that the three rural leaders are detained without valid juridical reason. However, the rural leaders continue private of their freedom.
FOR WE DEMAND IT:
1. FRANCISCO'S COURTS immediate freedom, CARMELO PEÑARANDA AND CLAUDIO RAMÍREZ.
2. the recognition and execution of the fundamental rights of these detained citizens.
3. the ceasing of all action against the Bolivian social movement.
4. the repeal of the law of civic security (Bolivian) that is not but that the legal form of silencing the civic protest, so that the governments are sustained without facing the opposition and their politicians of privatization of the resources, exclusion, privation, segregation implant.
