Who – All people who are concerned about the state of the world, increased corporate control & loss of the democratic process. What/When– March in Solidarity on September 13, 2003 International Day of Action Against the WTO

Where – Meet At 12 noon at the Lawn, Under The Oaks at Santa Rosa Junior College on Mendocino Avenue, March to Court House Square.

Why – The World Trade Organization (WTO) is meeting in Cancun Mexico; The WTO is the most powerful legislative and judicial body in the world. By promoting the "free trade" agenda of multinational corporations above the interests of local communities, working families, and the environment, the WTO has systematically undermined democracy around the world. We will march in solidarity with voices around the world and send a powerful message to trade negotiators at the WTO meetings in Cancun- and bring the anti-corporate globalization message home to the streets of Sonoma County.Bring – Posters, Bull Horns, Cameras, Fliers, Friends, Puppets, Bikes, Music…
