This is a common bodybuilding pose in the
60's and seventies. Frank Zane and Dave Draper
often hit this pose. The shot is taken at a profile
not allowing the true angle it is meant to be veiwed.
This is not a salute. Look at his legs. They are not
at attention like a Nazi salute. This is not a Nazi

From a distance I'd say that Arnie won:

a) because some idiots tried to play the nazi card against him. The fact that jews didn't want him probably helped him. People are probably sick of the"Jewish lobby" dictating who/how things should be.
