I had the pleasure of meeting Julia Butterfly Hill at the Freedom from Colonialism Youth Environmental Gathering at the Grassy Narrows blockade site this June.

This 42 minute .mp3 audio file is a nearly complete recording of a presentation she shared with participants of the gathering. It details how she got involved in activism, some details of her 2 year-long tree sit, and her profound thoughts on the personal aspects of our collective situation.
