Pro-war rallies by Clear Channel
Clear Channel, the gargantuan corporation that controls much of the airwaves in the US, has been using its clout to promote what it describes as "patriotic" rallies. Spearheaded by syndicated talk radio host Glenn Beck, the rallies have their advertisements and musicians paid for by the corporation, fostering the illusion that they've sprung forth from a groundswell of pro-war activism.
