Protesting in Washington DC

I was wondering if anyone who engages in black bloc tactics here in the bay area and elsewhere would like to go to washington dc. We've proven our point here in san francisco by shutting the city down, and it would be great to continue here- but the war is still raging, and perhaps we should bring the war to washington dc, and shut the capital of this empire down. The protests in dc haven't been as effective as they've been here in sf. anyone with experience organizing buses for protests please add your comments.
