Update on StopAmerica.org/Impeach Bush!

by Tod (admin [at] inter-nation.org)
Update on James Ujaama who is about to be tried by the State Department as a terrorist, when really the president of the US ought to be the one sitting on the bench, tried for war crimes and crimes against humanity, and impeached!

For the last weeks I've been adding "Updates" on StopAmerica.or g. For those of you who are not familiar with this Website on the InterNation portal, it is a Website put up by James Ujaama, an activist out of Seattle.
I really appreciated his Website as a resource on issues pertaining to American Foreign Policy, fearlessly speaking his mind about America's "new war."
He was soon apprehended, not because he is a "terrorist," but I am convinced he was arrested and remains detained because of his communication skills, particularly evidenced in the pages of StopAmerica.org.
And sure enough the government took down his Website, but I'd managed to save what I felt were his most important pages while the site remained online. I am hoping that he will be freed soon, following his trial that is to begin in June. In the meantime, his mother Peggi Thompson, is keeping up monthly updates on StopAmerica.org.
Recently one of his family friends paid for a portion of the hosting, so now both InterNation and StopAmerica.org remain online! Thank you, Bonnie! Also, Peggi recently directed me to www.votetoimpeach.org, in which Former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark is petitioning Americans (with YOUR VOTE) to see that the US House of Representatives begins impeachment hearings against President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld, and Attorney General John D. Ashcroft for high crimes and misdemeanors, and to have the case prosecuted and tried in the U.S. Senate. The notes for impeachment are found on the link, "Vote to Impeach Bush Junta," on the homepage of InterNation.
Right now as the state prepares to try James Ujaama, the very state of democracy is being put upon the stand. If you pray, please pray for James and his family. Also, should you wish for Tod Zankert, editor of InterNation to speak to your school or organization on the state of civil liberties in the US, please send him a line! Thank you for supporting InterNation!
