Who will disarm America? Over 200 people served Lawrence Livermore National Lab a notice of intent to inspect for weapons of mass destruction. Livermore nuclear weapons lab is a US facility involved in the design and development of weapons of mass destruction. The rally took place in Livermore, CA, on Veteran's Day, just days after the UN Security Council passed a resolution to admit weapons inspectors to Iraq.
