CALIFORNIA UBER ALLES?? RACISTS ATTACK RAMONA AFRICA INTERVIEW

by Hans Bennett (destroycapitalism [at] hotmail.com)
This interview that I did with Ramona Africa was attacked by a racist using highly offensive but quite revealing language. I have decided to repost my interview with the racist comment out of a believe that the racists must be exposed and brought to light. Comments like this are not an exception. Many of my indymedia pieces have been met with similar crap.

California Uber Alles? Sure seems like it. I was born and lived in the Bay Area for the first 24 years of my life but am now out here in Philadelphia. I was disturbed to see this comment even though it is quite common living here in the US.

Please link to the interview below. I am intersted to get people's comments. What do we think about racist assholes like this posting on the IMC?

No doubt this person was just 'trolling', and who really cares in any event? FWIW, anytime someone posts things on Indy regarding Faulkner's killing, half the comments are along the lines of 'Even if Jamal did do it, I'm glad he offed the pig'.

None of this is news.

First of all, Romana Africa is comeplty crazy. Just listen to her in some of her interviews and rantings, she uses words like "craker" and "white trash".
Also the mayor of Philadelphia during the move fire was a BLACK mayor named Wilson Goode(who odered the boming).
I live in Philadelphia(northeast to be exact) and if you talk to anybody in west philly(thats were the move fires happend)
its that Move were a nasty group of people that spat and cursed
there neibors and were a public nuesence.
The plan was to raid the compound that they lived in becouse they were stashing guns illegly. During the fire Move members fired at police and firefighters and wounded and killed a few.It was a bungled mess but not a conspircy
What David Koresh and Waco is to the far right-wing is Mumia and Move is to the far Left.

And this is a bad thing?

Seriously, what you paint as a class of response to be off-handedly disregarded is in fact a valid, if inelegantly expressed, point. Even if Jamal did kill Faulkner, police in Amerika are a universally corrupt organized crime gang guilty of systematiically committing evil nationwide for generations.

US law as it stands today is a sea of violations against the Constitution, most commonly

- the Pre-amble ("life, liberty, & the pursuit of happiness"),

- 1st Ammendment ("freedom of speech, of religion, and of the press"),

- 2nd ("the right to keep and bear arms",

- 4th ("the right to be secure against unreasonable search and seizure")

- 10th (state sovereignty vs federalism)

Police from coast to coast, from local municipal thugs to the state highway bandits on up to the professional terrorists of the DEA, BATF, and countless other branches of Washington's domestic army trample the rights of countless citizens daily, from overt assaults to the widespread blanket of intimidation under which any freedom-loving citizen is forced to live.

No one sheds a tear when a mafia boss is gunned down. Why not? Because we all realize that being in that position, the odds are very high that a great deal of blood already stains those hands of his, and therefore he very literally probably deserved it.

Likewise, we do not shed a tear when a cop is killed. Odds are that unless Faulkner was fresh out of the academy, by virtue of his very position as an active-duty law enforcement officer he probably deserved it.

The Legislature of America, from Congress through to the state legislatures and even down to our countless county Supervisors andcity councils, have declared war on the American people. This declaration exists in the form of every unjust law on the books.

The police are their foot soldiers, fighting a daily war on 2 fronts - one, against other legitimate domestic predators and enemies of civil society (rapists, muggers, serial killers, etc). For this, they deserve their pay & benefits, and our gratitude.

On the other front, against innocent people who commit so-called "victimless crimes", or crimes where the so-called victim is in fact using exagerated or fabricated "harm" to destroy enemies and competitors. People everywhere who don't even realize their own victimization anymore, pay fines and fees and taxes all year long simply out of fear of armed cops coming to their home or intercepting them on public roads. Bank accounts are "frozen" denying the owners rightful access to their cash, cars and houses are stolen under "asset forfeiture" laws popular in the War Against (some) Drugs, politically dissident web sites are shut down by ISPs under the threat of cops otherwise coming after the ISP if they don't "comply"... it's all around us, every day, the crimes of police.

So even if Mumia did kill Faulkner, and even if it wasn't in defense of his brother who was being harrassed and beaten, the pig probably deserved to die.
