Mothers’ Day Peace Pilgrimage

Convene in MLK Jr. Park, Berkeley

Join in a reflective peace procession through the streets of Berkeley to reclaim the original peace roots of Mothers’ Day and to reclaim the power of mothers and women to transform the politics of militarization and domination endangering our children and our planet. Event to include prayer, reflection, song, and sending of Mother’s Day peace cards to mothers around the world. Live music in the park from 4:00 - 5:00.
