Racial JusticeInternational Day of Action Against Racism - 8/31
Friday, August 31st 12PM - 2PM Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building 1301 Clay St. (b/t 13th & 14th) Downtown Oakland The 3rd United Nations Conference Against Racism (UNWCAR) will be held August 31st - September 7th in Durban, South Africa. The racist, white supremacist US Goverment, which boycotted the first two conferences in 1978 and 1983, is threatening againt to boycott this significant world gathering to confront racism and other forms of exploitation if slavery is discussed "as a crime against humanity" in support of Reparations for Afrikan people worldwide or if any discussion of "Zionism as Racism" is held. Justice will not be denied and these issues will be heard.

On this International Day of Action let's come together in unity and expose the US Government for what it is - an instrument of white supremacy, European settler-colonial occupation, and global imperialist domination. Let's raise our voices and make our demands for justice heard in support of the efforts taking place at the UNWCAR.

We support the following declarations and demands:

That the European invasions of Africa, Asia and the Western Hemisphere were crimes against Humanity and genocidal wars waged for the purpose of theft, colonization, rape and pollution of the lands of African, Asian, Arab and Indigenous peoples.

That European Colonialism, Neo-Colonialism, settler-colonization, Zionism and Apartheid-like states are crimes against humanity.

That economic racism, environmental racism and ecocide, especially with respect to "globalization" (present-day US and European imperialism), are serious concerns to the world's non-European and working class peoples.

That racism, national oppression and xenophobia in the administration of justice, especially in the continued incarceration of political prisoners and prisoners of war and the rise of the prison-industrial complex, have resulted in a new form of slavery sanctioned by the United States Constitution, but condemned by international law.

That the European and the American governments must admit and apologize for their historical and continuing role in the commission of these and other crimes against humanity and gross violations of human rights.

That the European and the American governments must develop, in cooperation with the United Nations, and with the input of African nations and peoples throughout the diaspora and Indigenous Peoples, appropriate financial plans and funding structures to award reparations and/or compensation to the victims and their descendents, who continue to suffer from these historical and present-day crimes against humanity.

*Demand no racial reconciliation without reparations!!
*Demand the full right to self-determination for all oppressed peoples!!
*Demand the right to return to and reclaim our stolen lands!!
*Demand no negotiations on reparations without grassroots participation of Africans and Indigenous Peoples!!

For more information contact:

510.433.0115 or n'cobrasfbay [at] hotmail.com or mxgmoakland1 [at] hotmail.com |

I figure if anybody is getting reparations, it should be the victims of black crime. That would add about 187 million victims to the list of who should get reparations.
Now, I figure, white people have been brutalized by blacks for longer than 15,000 years, so we're owed close to $754,829,638,104,522,631.48
