"Green Scare" Prisoner Letter Writing Cafe
Political prisoners represent the heart of the movement for social
justice and the struggle for earth and animal liberation. They are the
ones bearing the brunt of this struggles' resistance. With the recent
federal indictments, grand juries and convictions we must come
together in solidarity and support these and other political prisoners.

movement destined to fail." -Break the Chains Conference-

Mail time is often the brightest part of a prisoner's day. Letters help
show that there is a whole movement of support outside the prison
walls - and that they are not alone.
We will provide envelopes, paper and stamps as well as bios and
information on many U.S. political prisoners. We will also provide
resources on writing letters to prisoners, such as specific prison
regulations, tips and suggestions.
Vegan goodies, tea and coffee will also be available.
