Global ports operator DP World announced the news that one of its senior executives, Dave Sanborn, has been nominated by President Bush to serve as Maritime Administrator. A "senior executive" has fiduciary obligation and legal responsibility to his employer and his first employer is DP World which is owned by United Arab Emirates, a foreign country.
It is a 100% illegal conflict of interest to appoint a person who is a fiduciary executive of a foreign country to a paid post as Maritime Administrator in the U.S.A.
This is a legal cause of action to immediately impeach President George W. Bush, right?
