Community Choice Aggregation

Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) can work in San Francisco but NOT without including the community leaders who have and do want to play a critical role in making it happen. So far not one workshop or meeting has been held in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco where advocates first took steps to fight for CCA. Instead we have Tom Ammiano and Barbara Hale making waves.
