Deporten a la Migra!:

Immigrants Fighting for their rights


A coalition of various community groups from Northern California and our
allies
will unite Wednesday August 17th to have an action where we will send a
message
to the legislators in Sacramento that immigrants have a right to an unmarked
drivers license and to respond to the Governors open invitation to the
vigilante
group, the Minutemen!!


We had great success with our action in Sacramento (7/6/02), where more that
200
people arrived at the Capital and demanded their right to a license without
marks and that the governor revoke his statements concerning the minutemen!
A
marked license can be used as another method to obtain or harass those who
carry
it. Our communities wont stand for it! Immigrant rights are human rights!


Meeting at 24th and Mission

This event will occur at the same time as a press conference in Sacramento
held
by representatives from various community from Northern California!

van a reunir el Miércoles 17 de Agosto para tener un acción donde vamos a
mandar
un mensaje a los legisladores de Sacramento que nosotros tenemos derecho a
tener
licencias sin marcas y para negar la invitación del Gobernador a los
Minutemen!

!Tu vimos gran éxito con nuestro viaje a Sacramento el 6 de julio! Más de
200
inmigrantes llegaron a el Capital para exigir licencias sin marcas y para
negar
la invitación a los Minutemen a California. Dar una marca especial a las
licencias de personas indocumentadas será utilizado como otra manera de
señalar
y de acosar la gente indocumentada.
