FCC notice forces Berkeley Liberation Radio temporarily off the air

DJ Rubble interviews BLR's Captain Fred on Enemy Combatant Radio about the current FCC notice of illegal broadcasting and BLR's plans for the immediate future.

The FCC sent a 10-day notice of illegal broadcasting, requiring a response by June 27th. This compounds the stations broadcasting problems, already facing landlord eviction on June 30th. A press conference will be held at the station 4PM Monday, June 27th, at which time broadcasting will temporariy cease while the station moves. Station members fully intend to continue broadcasting and are continuing the search for a new location to broadcast via internet. Help is still needed from the microradio community.
