All charges dropped for March 20

San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris said Friday she would not prosecute 124 people arrested during the protests. Many of the arrests were for blocking the street, but two involved felonies, including assault on a police officer. In a statement, Harris said the standard of proof beyond a reasonable doubt could not be met on any of the cases -- even though much of the activity had been videotaped. Harris said that suspects involved in the felony incidents could not be positively identified.
