Slow traffic towards 101

I'm in the Lower Haight, right by Oak St. now, an eastbound arterial that feeds into 101. It's 8am, when traffic is usually at its busiest, but today it's definitely busier than normal. There's more honking. Cars on intersecting streets are backed up, and the intersections often still have cars in them after the lights have changed. No visible blockade; probably Market St. is blocked.

9am and traffic still super-slow. It's usually cleared up by now. I've seen the occasional lone po-po walk around, trying to clear hot-spots.
