Update on arrests from SF protest

by legal update
All people who are opposed to war should oppose the outrageous charges put on 2 people arrested at today's demonstrations.
The latest update from the Midnight Special Law Collective is that there are two confirmed arrests from today's protests.

Each person is charged with 3 felonies. Both are charged with 2 counts of felony vandalism. One is charged with felony resisting arrest (injuring an officer) and the other just has resisting arrest charge added on.

Please start putting pressure on the DA's office and the Board of Supervisors. The SFPD cover up and protect Officer Fagan while he beats innocent people because he is the son of another SF cop --- but they throw the book at people who oppose a US-led genocide?

If we cannot dissent in San Francisco, where else in this country can we?

Call Terrence Hallinan and demand that the charges be dropped! (415) 553-1752
