Re-posted audio that has again become timely, as immigrants fight for more than just their rights not to be arrested - but also to be with loved ones in the U.S.

Marta Donayre and Leslie Bulbuk were almost separated when Marta lost her job, and Marta was forced to figure out a way to stay in the US with two weeks or be deported. Because Leslie and Marta are same-sex partners, Leslie was not given the option to sponser her partner. Listen to their struggle, and the struggle of immigrants all over the nation as the US gets closer and closer to become a walled city that only the rich, white and "normal" can enter...
