<li><strong>DISAPPEARED</strong>: Of the over 1200 men arrested since September 11th, over half of them are reportedly still in custody - hundreds have not even been charged.<li>
<li><strong>BEATEN</strong>: "I was treated worse than an animal," said Yazeed Al Salmi, held 17 days, never charged.</li>
<li>Interrogated, brutalized, held 13 days without being charged - Al Badr Al Hazmi</li>
<li>20-year-old Pakistani student was beaten and stripped in front of taunting guards swearing at him, calling him a terrorist.</li>
<li><strong>KILLED</strong>: Mohammad Rafiq Butt, 55 year old Pakistani man, died in custody, never charged. When his body was finally returned, his family reported that the autopsy showed multiple broken bones and bruises.</li>
