Why don't you write an article to correct the current position concerning Jews? How will people learn if no one offers to teach them? Don't withhold help you would normally offer because the media is biased. It benefits no one.
I'd start with repeating Gabriella's suggestion that you write. Writing may take you away from this nervous approach. your emphasize on the good things you did makes you look stingy.
No "bad words" are good of course. and mostly the "F" word, it is quite impolite to write such things, but of course , you'd imagine what someone feels when his land, home, rights, dignity, oppotunity, food, water... etc, are occupied. why not end this apparently unjust situation, and begin our talks about inter-respect and even those people you helped, they may become able of giving you your wealth back, when they have jobs, for instance.
