EVENTS:
Sat 3:00pm – Rally w/open mic
Sat 6:00pm - Community workshops and Trainings including "People Power to Stop the War” - strategic planning and action training
Sat 9:00pm Candle light vigil (bring candles and dress warm)
Sun 10:30am Interfaith Prayer Circle led by Fr. Louie Vitale, St. Bonifice Church
WHAT TO BRING:
-Food 2 share & H2O
-music
-a poem
-candles
-a friend
-BYOB.... (Bring Your Own Bedding)
*Cindy's son, Army Specialist Casey Sheehan, was killed in Sadr City,
Iraq on April 4, 2004. Since Casey's death, Cindy has become an active
and vocal protester of the war in Iraq.
Join thousands this week at one of the many solidarity camps around the
country. We’re going make "Camp Casey" at the doors of the SF War
Memorial Building for those of us who can't get to Texas. So dress
warm and bring a sleeping bag.
