According to the San Jose Merc. News, Michael Walker will be arraigned on Monday Aug. 2 at 1:30pm in Department 24, Hall of Justice 190 W. Hedding St., San Jose, CA. The schedule of the Grand Jury is as follows: Wed. 7-21 will be a part of a day with only a couple of witnesses. Thurs 7-22 will be a full day, Friday will be off and back on Monday and Tuesday 7-26 & 7-27. The DA hopes to conclude by Tuesday of next week....

The grand jury was originally going to be open, but then the DA announced that it would be closed. The people of San Jose are demanding that it be open so the world can know what is happening to the law enforcement officers who killed Rudy Cardenas in a case of "mistaken identity"...
