* Turn off air conditioning and other ventilation that brings in air from outside. Turn your thermostat down a couple of hours before that to keep your house cool during the treatments.
* Bring toys, tools, patio furniture, pets, bikes, and other portable items indoors.
* Cover playground equipment and other large outdoor items.
* Keep pets indoors.
* Take shoes off before coming indoors.
* After spraying occurs, wash down other surfaces such as playground equipment ...

Restrictions on logging of murrelet habitat will be lifted on September 15th....

Klamath Tribes return to Scotland, as thousands of Salmon die above dams
Even as tens of thousands of fish are dying in the upper Klamath, Klamath River tribes are in Scotland asking for Scotish Power to remove the Klamath dams. More then 350 miles of salmon habitat are blocked by dams, which also warm water. Salmon and Suckers are important to the River tribes health and culture and are currently facing extintion....
