textSsan Leal at it again - opts for fossil fuel powerplants and digestors with no sound plan by Francisco Da Costa
It is pathetic when you hear Susan Leal speak - the woman has no clue what she is saying when it comes to sound infrastructure and the related issues. The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) is pushing for fossil fuel burning power plants in the year 2007. It is pushing for plans that have no sound blue print - it address most things wrong - and is wasting millions of dollars. It has NOT completed the Clean Water Projects but now wants to jump to address the Raw Sewage Projects....

textMayor Gavin Newsom fails to understand what is responsibility and less genuine leadership. by Francisco Da Costa
Having worked for many years for the Department of Defense - I understand what is sound leadership and protocols. Mayor Gavin Newsom leads by proxy - in other words - lackeys that do his bidding. Mayor Gavin Newsom - pretends that he is on top of everything - but again and again in any crisis - the fool has NO clue - about what is happening in an around this City and County of San Francisco and beyond. So, how would such a clown make a candidate for Governor of California? How is this clown a...

The legacy of California systemic institutional racism should not continue to adorn a pristine environmental jewel of international historical authentification. Black History Month 2008 will showcase an Afro Cuban, Danish Jewish pioneer whom first brought civilization to the American River. This reality is far too much humanity for many current residents to even consider....

textThe Mirant Term Sheet and the proposed building of two CTS on land prone to liquefaction. by Francisco Da Costa
No, one in their right mind would want to invest in fossil fuel power plants. Not, with a barrel of oil hitting the high $100 in a couple of days - and the fact that pollution is a factor affecting human and other life in general. In San Francisco we deem ourselves the Green City when in fact we are the opposite. Under so circumstance should can anyone agree to fossil fuel power plants and toxic spewing particulates very dangerous PM-2.5. Also, pathogens from the cooling system using half-tre...

textLennar BVHP LLC will be punished by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. by Francisco Da Costa
Lennar BVHP LLC will be punished by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District to the highest level possible - fines imposed by to $25,000 a day. It would be nice if Lennar BVHP was fined $25,000 per day for the 385 days plus - it adversely impacted the community with intent. It did not have Dust Monitoring Equipment and Asbestos Monitoring Equipment in place during heavy grading - and defied the mandates set by Article 31 of the SF Health Department and other laws and regulations that are...
