Approximately 28,000 citrus farm workers may be left jobless--just in Calif.'s San Joaquin Valley alone. These workers are having difficulty feeding their families and paying their rent or mortgages. These low paid workers who have very little savings may be out of work for the next 9 to 12 months. They desperately need federal emergency aid....
