m21 POLICE TARGET/ARREST PERSON OF COLOR during sidewalk march
The police swarmed the sidewalk to target this man in what seemed like a sudden, coordinated, targeted strike. He was participating in a march on the sidewalk. No one else was arrested or threatened at this time....
