I thought the City of San Francisco was in dire financial straits
Why so many police officers? There are never that many officers in the troubled neighborhoods. Were they there to protect the shoppers? Or were they there for protesters?
If the latter is true. It is cause for concern.
Mr Newsom appears to be making some wrong moves....
