Despite the fact that a 20 page pamphlet mailed out and the on-line version of the same 20 page pamphlet (PDF) which states that a workshop on Prop 98 and Prop 99 has been cancelled at the upcoming Housing California annual conference, word came in late on April 15 that Prop 98 and Prop will be discussed at the large convention! Please pass the word around......
