As an auditor who left San Francisco's federal employment and then after surviving two murder attempts on my life and other things, I have decided that the South East is not what it was at one time and neither is federal employment as an auditor. I dedicate this song to one of those many hard-working North Coast citizens....

Rad Radio presents an hour-long history of Mississippi blues great R.L. Burnside. Burnside died on Sept 1st at age 78, leaving an audio legacy that spans over a half century of accousitc and electric blues. Over the past decade Burnside continally updated styles, crossing genres into punk/alternative rock, electronica, and hip hop-infused electric blues. Had a conversation with Keith McHenry. Back from Camp Casey, Texas outside the Bush compound where Keith spent the last few weeks cooking and serving with Food Not Bombs to all the folks down there. Also, this program was dedicated to all the folks in New Orleans who are trying to stay above water....
