SF Muni Fare Increase Threatened Again
Despite the fact that we suffered a large fare increase in fares for San Francisco buses and trains (SF Muni Railway or Muni) just over 1 year ago, we are again threatened with a fare increase from $1.25 to $1.50 with admittedly no increase in service. We need your protests now to demand that the large Financial District Corporations pay a profits tax to Muni....

Flying Pickets will continue to support hotel workers
Now that the SF hotel worker lockout is over, the boycott of the 14 hotels will continue during the 60-day "cooling off" period. Join us at 7:00 PM, Sunday November 28th at the corner of Powell & Geary as we go to the hotels to let anyone going into them know that the workers there don't have a contract....
